Does 1st Class charge a delivery fee?
No. Our everyday low prices do not have additional delivery fees.

Does 1st Class charge a membership fee?
No. Our service is available to you with no membership fee.

Where do you pick-up and drop-off my clothes?
You choose the location for our courteous drivers to service.

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes for pick-up in?
Any bag that is big enough or in the suit cover provided (registered customers only).

How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
We will charge your credit card or your pre-paid account (£50/£100 paid into account in advance), for corporate clients we will bill credit cards. There is a Standard Minimum charge of £30 (can be increased upto £50).
